Monday, June-25-12 Dear Employee. Sometime after 6pm on June 23rd 2012, Oil City Hospitality Group's head office was broken into and personal employee information potentially has been accessed and possibly compromised. Personal information that may have been accessed includes: Social Insurance Numbers, Date of Births and Mailing Addresses . Edmonton Police Services have been contacted and the incident reported to officials under occurrence no. 12-81114 . The Office of the Privacy Commission has also been contacted and notified of this possible breach.
